Congratulations to Kristin McLaughlin, Dixie Carpet’s Director of National Accounts for graduating from the 2022 Class of the NAA Leadership Lyceum program.
Kristin is a 36-year veteran of the Multifamily industry. She started her journey by serving 14 years on the property management side. After 2 years serving as the Director of Membership and Benefits for the Arizona Multihousing Association, she was recruited to the supplier partner side of our Industry. There, she has spent the last 20 years in sales and business development.
Kristin is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association, serving as a Board Member as well as an Alternate Delegate to the NAA. She also serves the Texas Apartment Association as a member of the Product Service Council.
For the National Apartment Association, she serves on the Apartmentalize Committee, the National Supplier Council, the Region 6 Liaison to the NSC, and is a NAAPAC Ambassador.
Kristin holds the NAA CAPS and CAS designations earning her Emeritus status in 2012. She was the recipient of the 2016 HAA Supplier of the Year Award and more recently received the NAA Excellence Award as the 2019 Certified Apartment Supplier of the Year.
