Over all I feel like they do a superb job. If we ever have a question or emergency Pennie our sales rep is very efficient. She always keeps in close contact. I have had the pleasure of working with Dixie Carpet for almost 5 years and Pennie for over 19 years. My current company started out in Austin and our portfolio has grown to other markets like Corpus Christi, Killeen, Temple and San Antonio. I have always believed the difference between companies is not how good you are on your great days but how they handle the bad ones. All managers/vendors/suppliers will screw up but it is how they handle it and make it right. Pennie/Stephen always make it right no matter where the error was made. Each one has individual experience with flooring 21 years or more. They want you to know your options and my teams appreciate their honesty and guidance. They are the only company that makes sure we know warehouse operations managers and they randomly do quality checks during or after completed jobs. Now if I could just get them to expand to Longview and the Rio Grande Valley where we really miss having dedicated partners who truly value doing the right thing.

In the last three years that I have worked with Dixie Carpet I have always found that my orders get done in a timely manner. I haven’t had to remind my Sales Representative, Harrison Hanner of an install, he has always been on time for our appointments, and has made sure to get the job completed for our vacant and occupied units. I have been given other opportunities to move my business to another carpet installer, but have been very happy with the product and people I work with from Dixie so I will continue to stay loyal. If anyone in my company or other fellow property managers ask who services my property I will make sure to recommend Dixie Carpet. Their customer service is fantastic!

I just wanted to take a minute and thank Brian (Operations Manager), Chapis (Installation Manager), and the installation crew that went down to Whisper Sky today.  Sarah said the installers were very good and even made an attempt to be quiet during her phone call.  They cleaned up very well, and she could not have been happier!
